These are my thoughts about this book:

The book has a lucid and easy to understand language with a systematic interpretation of the 7 important values at the core of successful leadership. It, breaks each skill into smaller components and explains them. The author has accurately identified common questions that arise in readers' minds and provides convincing answers to these questions while also constructing applications of these values in real life scenarios. There are numerous resources to learn more about certain topics and expand knowledge and understanding of the tip with real life examples to explain the significance of certain tips and understand the impact these little things can have on corporate relationships.

I feel that this is a comprehensive book that provides so much more than just the 7 crucial customs that make an effective leader. This book propels you to take action and leads you step by step to achieve the epitome of successful leadership. 154 pages of absolutely valuable content. Highly recommended!

This book adequately explains the core values of a leader using lucid language and offers unique interpretations of the 7 core qualities. Each chapter ends with a quick helpful summary that condenses all the valuable skills and serve as quick references on your path towards successful leadership. The book abounds with practical advice and provides numerous resources to expand the knowledge and understanding of the reader. It is filled with thought-provoking questions that compel you to think about how these values have been seen in every renowned leader throughout history.

Throughout the book, the author has put forth multiple exercises to help the reader self-assess and recognise the presence or absence of qualities that are innate to a good leader. The author incorporates intermittent tabular memory aids that break down, compare and contrast different concepts and distinguishes commonly confused terms to ensure readers have an in-depth understanding of the true definition of a leader.

One unique aspect that I believe sets this book apart is its emphasis on self-care. Leadership means not just caring for others but sometimes also for yourself. Many books overlook this idea but Covey's work emphasises the importance of putting yourself first at times and I think this is one distinctive trait that makes this book an essential read amidst books focusing on this topic. This book acquaints you with the brutal yet truthful facts of what leadership entails while guiding you on how to tackle the same. It provides practical tips that you can instantly apply to your daily life and has multiple instances of hands-on applications and tips to incorporate the learned values into real life. The author combines enigmatic knowledge from successful leaders and exponents of the real world with his own understanding about what makes a leader to give you the perfect formula to become what the world will call a "Super Leader"
